Q:
Does Masonville Animal Hospital offer a payment plan?
A: No, we require payment when services are rendered. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.

Q:  Are up-to-date vaccines required for spaying or neutering?
A:  No, we recommend all pets be up to date on their vaccines but do not require it for spay/neuter.

Q:  What vaccines does my pet require for boarding?
A: Each kennel sets their own requirements.  All kennels REQUIRE Bordetella vaccination (kennel cough), and up to date Rabies and Combination vaccines. You should consult with any kennel you are boarding your animals with in advance to make sure your pet meets their requirements.  It is also a benefit to apply flea control to your pet prior to admission to protect against possible infestations.

Q:  What do I need to take my pet in or out of Canada?
A:  We recommend owners contact the Government veterinarians’ office (519-691-1300) to request details for import/export of pets.  We are happy to perform any testing, exams, signatures ect required but since there are vast differences to what each country requires, we ask owners to research this thoroughly.

Q: Do you see exotics or pocket pets?
A: Most doctors will only see dogs and cats, however Dr. Kenzie also welcomes new rabbit patients

Q: Do you take new patients and clients?
A: Of course! We are happy to welcome all new clients and patients to our practice.
